Return Policy

SLIGHT provides perfect after-sales service, based on Taiwan's consumer protection regulations, consumers who purchase goods on this website can enjoy the rights of seven days appreciation (hesitation) period from the day after the arrival of the goods. Based on Taiwan's consumer protection regulations, this website sells disposable patch masks and other personal hygiene products. The products that have been opened are not suitable for seven days of appreciation (hesitation) period.

● You can apply for a refund if the following conditions apply:
The patch product is brand new unopened packaging complete state / other cosmetic products packaging is not damaged, the contents are not unopened
Goods received do not match the contents of the order, and unopened product packaging

● Notice of Return Application
When applying for a return/exchange, please use the online conversation button on the homepage of the official website or the order message to request a return or exchange. Please provide the following information for customer service to confirm the return. Order name / Order number / Mobile number / Product and quantity to be returned / Reason for return / Self-send the product or apply for collection / (ATM transfer, cash on delivery) Refund account name, account number, bank name, bank code, branch name 
When purchasing a set of goods, you must return the set of goods completely, and if the order contains a gift, the gift must also be returned with the complete package of the goods.
If the original carton has been damaged or lost, please use another sturdy carton. Do not paste paper or write directly on the product body or the product packaging box.
If you receive a return product inspection and are judged to be seriously damaged, you may not be able to get a full refund.

● Return shipping fee related instructions
       Refund shipping fee: According to the consumer protection law, the return shipping fee (the shipping fee for returning the product to the seller) within 7 days of the appreciation period is borne by the seller, and the shipping fee for sending the product is not refundable.
