SLIGHT will not ask you to go to the bank counter or operate an ATM for any reason, in any name or by means of a newsletter or telephone.
If you receive the relevant call or newsletter, please be vigilant and do not take unidentified call instructions lightly. If you have any concerns, please contact the Police Station 165 Anti-Fraud Hotline for confirmation.
If you encounter the following conditions, suspected fraudulent group methods:
1. Claims that there is a problem with the check-out debit or a refund/superstore clerk incorrectly swipes the installment barcode, etc., ask the consumer for the card number, expiration date and the last three yards on the back.
(The fraud group will tell you some of your assets first to extract other information)
2. Claims to confirm transactions, transaction payments and order cancellations with consumers
3. Ask consumers to follow instructions to operate ATMs

The company will never ask consumers for credit card information, in order to protect your data security, all online card swiping actions are "self-fulfilling", the company will never ask or deal with credit card information.
Online credit card payment is directly charged by the bank. The payment content is based on the credit card bill. The company will not pay directly through the payment, let alone call the consumer for credit card information.
Please also change your password regularly, strengthen the password strength (in case English, mixed numbers), and do not enter your account password on the public computer to improve information security.
To protect your personal property, please call the "165" anti-fraud line to check if it is a criminal organization or confirm with us through online customer service.
